If you are looking to commission Kim for anything, there are a few simple steps that you will need to follow.

1: Check to make sure the lists below have an open slot for your desired work. Currently she keeps 5 slots open of both Enamelwork and Other work

2: If you see an opening, go ahead and send Kim an e-mail through the Contact page. Please make sure you include the following: Name, Address, Payment Type, and desired commission (Ie: Enameled Sports Mug with a heraldic design of a lion rampant).

3: Be prepared to pay the supply cost + 20$ OR $50 flat where applicable, up front. This covers all supplies should you change your mind halfway through along with an hour of work. If you want any "pre-designs" that Kim keeps on hand, then you will pay full price (with shipping if applicable) before receiving your piece, please see her main website or Etsy for those sales.

4: Have Patience. Each piece is made to spec, and can take 2+ weeks to complete. If you want something by a holiday for a gift, be sure to check and inquire a MINIMUM of one month before the date. 

5:  If applicable: Send last of payment before receiving tracking for your piece. Kim charges 10$ per hour of work to compensate for time and power used to bake the glassware.
